About 3 Rivers Productions (3RP)

3RP is in its exciting early years!

Clare Goddard, former Senior Project Manager for Arts & Business (A&B) London (2004 - 2006) and Artistic Director of the Maddermarket Theatre, Norwhich, (1999 -2004) founded the company in 2007.

Having spent five years at the helm of a busy cultural venue in Norwich, Clare has a working knowledge of the region’s artistic community. Through her work at Arts & Business she also has an understanding of the strength of cross-sector connections. She believes that there is a growing need for bespoke creative projects. She is particularly interested in work that involves collaboration with other arts practitioners or participation from those in other sectors - whether public or private.

Although the company specialises in original or devised pieces that explore history and local stories in a new and enticing way, it also encompasses a range of additional cultural activities.

Three Rivers Productions is based in Norwhich but is delighted to undertake work both nationally and internationally.

Three River Production’s work operates over three key stands:

Site-specific Projects:

Tailor made, devised and commissioned pieces for specific venues. For example, projects which reveal and promote the history and culture of a place or tell interesting stories in a new and imaginative way.

Theatrical Projects:

Performing known texts/work, traditional and innovative, in theatrical & non-theatrical spaces. Making the arts accessible through new creative approaches.

Bespoke Work:

Arts Consultancy, workshops, facilitation, lectures, tailor-made arts activities and other cultural collaborations. 3RP also specialises in Arts Governance & issues around Mentoring & Diversity.

Three Rivers Productions will gladly consider any other work that fits their broad remit and their clients’ wishes. They believe that it is through the ’meeting of minds’ that the best work happens!
